BOOKING + TERMS & CONDITIONS

To book a tour, please call the number listed below or e-mail us, stating - preferred dates of travel, choice of tour, number of persons in the group, type of accommodation and any other questions or comments.

All Prices are based on a minimum 4 person group.
Deposits may be required (per person).
Tour prices do not include accommodation or food.

Pickup can be from any city centre location. Departure and return times flexible.

For your own comfort, day bags can be provided on request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Although Mountain Wizard carries Comprehensive vehicle insurance, suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended in case of injury, loss or damage, which may not be covered by the above.
2) Baggage and personal possessions are carried free of charge, but at the customers own risk, although Mountain Wizard endeavour to take reasonable care of such items whilst in its charge.
3) Tour prices do not include Accommodation or Food
4) Although Mountain Wizard is a member of the AA Breakdown scheme, it can accept no liability for any delays occurring as a result of mechanical breakdown, including any consequential loss, however arising.
5) Mountain Wizard cannot be held responsible for any aspects of the tour not under our direct control e.g. actual availability of accommodation.
6) Once paid, the deposit confirms booking and is non-refundable - (except below).
7) Mountain wizard will use its best endeavours to provide the tour contracted for on the agreed dates, but reserves the right to cancel the tour on giving reasonable notice to that effect in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Mountain Wizard making it impossible to provide the tour on the contracted dates. In these circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded. In addition, Mountain Wizard reserves the right to alter the itinerary of or curtail any tour without notice in the event of weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control necessitating this. In the event of a curtailment, Mountain Wizard will refund such proportion of the cost of the tour as it regards as fair and equitable in the light of the particular circumstances leading to the curtailment.
8) All transport and guiding matters are under full control of Mountain Wizard.
9) The driver has absolute authority concerning the safe operation of any Mountain Wizard vehicle.
10) Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or drugs on board is strictly prohibited.
